Abstract

In the decision-making process that involves several criteria and alternatives, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is often used as a problem-solving method. Decision making is done by giving weight to each criterion. The criteria used are age, occupation, income and purpose of opening an account. These criteria are what influence decision making. The problem that occurs in determining the decision to choose the best deposit product is that many customers of Bank BNI KCP Pertamina Pusat do not know and are not precise in choosing the type of deposit product to be used. To reduce this inaccuracy, it is necessary to design a decision support system in selecting the best type of savings for prospective customers using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) Method because the SAW method is one of the decisions to assess each alternative or predetermined criteria. The results of this assessment are obtained from the top ranking with priority consisting of 4 (four) criteria and sub criteria so that the creation of an adequate Decision Support System (DSS) can help customer service officers in selecting the best savings products for prospective customers of the BNI KCP Pertamina Pusat bank. . The conclusion of this study shows that there are significant changes before development with after development, because it is able to provide accurate decision results.

Abstract

Companies engaged in the retail for staple foodstuffs, especially food, which have outlets evenly distributed throughout Indonesia. Requires a decision support system in an effort to improve the quality of the workforce that will be employed in widespread outlets. With so many workers who will be selected at this workforce recruitment, it requires a system that is able to provide support to companies in selecting many workers. By using the Process Hierarchy Analytical method, by analyzing the criteria for workers including Test Value, Education, Interview results, Distance between Rumam and the Store, with job titles and with 10 samples taken from the Cibinong area, Bogor district, this system provides assistance to HR in managing data to be analyzed on quite a lot of alternatives.

Abstract

Higher education is an educational institution within the national education system in all countries. Its position is not much different from primary or secondary education, which functions to develop the potential of students to grow and develop as normal members of society, but universities have a mission that goes beyond just providing graduates who are smart, reliable in their knowledge organization and able to apply in the world of work. . Higher education must be able to deliver students to understand themselves, determine their role in society and as human beings who are much better than before. Push notifications, a service that is widely used for notifications via short messages on smartphones. With the Push Notification service, users can be helped in terms of brief notifications. In its implementation, Push Notification can be used in various daily needs, for example to monitor attendance, update the latest news, and so on, by combining whatsapp and academic push notifications will result in a search for values very easily when using the WhatsApp application.

Abstract

PT Asuransi XXX is one of the largest national general insurance companies in Indonesia, which since its inception was focused on the oil and gas industry. As time goes by and the development of the business world, XXX insurance company responds to market challenges by expanding its business to segments outside the oil and gas industry, including aviation, chemical & petrochemical, power generation, mining and manufacturing, both conventional and sharia-based businesses. Supporters of the company's operational development have implemented a reliable application system. In its development, this system needs to be managed for service request management, incidents and management, because this system is getting bigger, more complex and the number of users is increasing. To measure however great the quality of service, ongoing information is needed an audit method that can measure whether the services provided have been running well, effectively and efficiently. COBIT 5.0 DSS02 and DSS03 domains are used as methods to measure whether the level of IT service demand management capabilities, incidents in managing problems with the system, has been running effectively and optimally. From the measurement results of all these processes, it can be seen that the DSS02 and DSS03 levels are at level 2 (managed).

Abstract

Reading is one of the activities favored by all circles of society, and a place that can be visited for reading activities is the library. One of them is the Pajajaran Sports Hall Library, based on the data obtained from more than 100 visitors who come to visit the Pajajaran Sports Hall Library each year. However, visitors who borrow do not necessarily have a high reading interest. In this study, an application was made that can predict library visitors who have a high reading interest. In order to predict future reading interest using the method Naive Bayes. It uses variables obtained from borrowing data and carried out preprocessing and obtained several variables used to make predictions, namely name, book category, number of late days, age group, and level of reading interest. This is done to predict the reading interest of visitors to the Pajajaran GOR Library, who have a high level of reading interest and a low level of reading interest. So that the librarian can find out the level of reading interest of the visitors, and the collection of books in the Pajajaran GOR Library can be increased based on the preferred book category of all ages. The accuracy test has also been carried out using the formula confusion matrix with an accuracy value of 80%, which means that the application that has been made is suitable for use.

Abstract

Inaccuracy in predicting the amount of chili production is one of the problems found in chili production. Based on the data obtained from observations and interviews conducted with the supervisor of chili plantations, there are 3 variables that can be used to predict the amount of chili production, namely land area, number of seeds, and maintenance costs. The application of the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method to this problem is one of the most appropriate and effective ways. To find out the accuracy of the application of the Tsukamoto fuzzy method for predicting the amount of chili production, it was carried out by comparing the prediction of the amount of chili production obtained from the application of the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method with the actual data on the amount of chili production using the Mean Absoulute Percentage Error (MAPE) formulation, the results obtained were 14%. Can be categorized as a good forecast. The existence of a system for predicting the amount of chili production will be more effective and efficient in its use, the system testing was carried out on 30 users using the Post-study System Usability Quistionnaire (PSSUQ)instrument, it was obtained a value of 80,15% was obtained which can be categorized as feasible to be implemented.

Abstract

PT. MRK Diagnostics is a company engaged in the health sector, especially the provider of medical laboratory equipment in Indonesia. Determination of technicians who are currently running to deal with damage to medical devices is still ineffective because the determination is still checking the availability of technicians manually, so that it will make handling the damage slower. Therefore we need a system that can assist in determining the person in charge technicians to repair the tool. So that in determining the person in charge, this technician will be able to be done precisely and quickly. The criteria used to determine PIC are expertise, discipline, communication and years of service. Each criterion has sub-criteria as well as predetermined weights and values. The decision support system to determine the person-in-charge technicians for medical device repair uses an exponential comparison method that generates a list of priority technicians to perform equipment repair based on calculated and compared values System testing is carried out on information systems experts and users using a questionnaire instrument. Based on expert information systems testing, this system is declared very feasible with a value of 91.7% of the results of system expert testing and 80% based on user testing.

Abstract

Student learning outcomes are the results obtained by students after the student has carried out learning and learning activities accompanied by evidence of success that has been achieved by a student by involving cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects expressed in the form of symbols, letters, and sentences. One of the wishes of the classroom teacher is to find out which students have increased from the learning and learning outcomes that have been carried out in school, but have difficulty making decisions in determining which students have experienced the best increase in learning outcomes. The Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting (F-SAW) method is suitable for use as a decision support system to help teachers decide which students with the best improvement in learning outcomes.
